BOROUGH OF SEASIDE HEIGHTS

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

            PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Borough of Seaside Heights for the purchase of one (1) 2022 Chrysler Pacifica (4DR AWD Limited) for the Seaside Heights Police Department.  

            Specifications and bid forms may be obtained on and after June 21, 2022, during normal business hours Monday through Friday (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM), except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from the Qualified Purchasing Officer, Sherri Sieling, George E. Tompkins Municipal Complex, Building B, 100 Grant Avenue, Seaside Heights, NJ 08751.  The bid documents will also be downloadable from the municipal website at www.seaside-heightsnj.org.

            Sealed bids will be opened and read aloud in public at the above referenced address on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at 10:00 AM prevailing time.

            The Borough of Seaside Heights reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof, and further reserves the right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part, and also to waive any informality in any bid and to make such awards or take such action as may be in the best interest of the Borough of Seaside Heights.

           Each bid must be on the bid form included in the bid package in the manner designated therein and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder on the outside and also bearing on the outside specific reference to “2022 Chrysler Pacifica (4DR AWD Limited).”  Bids shall be addressed to Sherri Sieling, QPA, George E. Tompkins Municipal Complex, 100 Grant Avenue, Seaside  Heights, NJ  08751.  Deviation from this submittal procedure will subject the bid to rejection.
