The caucus meeting commences at 4:00 PM followed by the regular meeting at 5:00 PM. Both meetings are open to the public except during discussions concerning personnel actions, contracts, anticipated/pending litigation and other matters authorized by the Open Public Meetings Act to be discussed in executive session.
